Bourbon Whiskey
Good Ole Boys!
Another region to adopt the additional ‘e’, it is named after Bourbon County, Kentucky and is primarily made from Corn. It can be made anywhere in the States, but has a strong link to Kentucky. By law, it must not contain Caramel colouring, must be aged in new charred barrels, and must be no less than 51% Corn spirit. Also, ours have got to taste good!
