Winegrowing is inherent in these two families, with them making a return to production in 1996, after a generation’s gap. They are the driving force behind realising the commercial potential of the areas of Priorat and Montsant, recognising their history and character. The Baboix, a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is a wine rich in body and red fruit flavours. The different varieties are vinified separately, blended, then left to age for 12 months in French and American oak.
