Premium producers Moss Wood are located in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, an area regarded as one of Australia's premium grape growing sites. The Mugfords began work on the famed site in 1969, with the first vintage in 1973, gradually finding its way to the UK. Since then new varieties have been established, expansion has taken place and the winery has continued to produce fantastic wine.With 4 young children, it is hopeful that the vineyard will stay in the Mugford family for years to come! The varieties grown at Moss Wood are Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Semillon and from Moss Wood's Ribbon Vale Vineyard, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Merlot and Merlot.

Rich and deep with powerful aromas of cassis and spice, the palate of the Moss Wood 'Amy's' is quite full bodied but has great freshness and elegance.
