One of the largest co-operatives in the region, they are changing the concept, by paying growers according to the size of their lands, rather than crop. This keeps yields low, and quality high! Of the 1200 hectares within the group, only 200 hectares worth makes it to bearing the proud Caldora name. Modern thinking and innovative they are dedicated to simple processes and maximum flavour.
Light and fresh, with delicate pear and melon aromas. Clean and precise, a great example of this variety, with good body and mouthfeel.
