Two varieties sing out from this country, Malbec for the reds and Torrontes for the whites. Unfortunately sterling currency depreciations have had a major impact here over the last five years. And although the wines are still out there, it’s quite a challenge to find the right wines at the right price. This is one country where we are working hard to find new listings and over the next few months we’ll definitely be adding to our range. For now, we highly recommend the intense red fruits found in the La Chamiza Malbec, or for light aromatic notes try the Ikella Torrontes.
Intense fruit, alongside round and sweet tannins and a lovely long finish.
Light in style with gentle tropical notes, medium sweet with a touch of acidity.
An elegant and fulll bodied Malbec with silky smooth flavours and a touch of spice.
