Tequila
Tequilla is a distilled spirit of the Blue Agave plant, with production limited to only the finest areas of the western state in Mexico of Jalisco. Usually distilled to 80% proof, it can give quite a kick! The powerful spirit of the Blue Agave plant has had its impostors, but the name and spirits are now protected by Mexican law to ensure authenticity and quality.
