It always amazes me that in the UK we don’t drink more wine from this beautiful country. Over the years many trips have taken in breathtaking views, amazing wines from different regions and exciting foods. We do have some interesting fortified wines though and as Madeira is an autonomous region of Portugal we fit these in here too.
